I didn’t deliver the product. I have ordered it 15 days back

I had contacted Wiselife to understand how to exchange the 10mm mat to 6mm mat as 10mm mat was too thick and uncomfortable to use. I had received the call where the representative said I need to select a mat for exchange. Wiselife do not provide the exact amount while exchanging the product. Also upon sharing the final product which was selected for exchange, they stopped responding.
I kept calling on help line number, however there is no response from them.

Worst services by team, I reached out for ongoing offer to claim as my first offer

I'm the yoga instructor and I usually suggest my students for doing yoga use wiselife mat because I personally use this mat and I feel the grip tht was a too good so now I feel the every posture. So yaa me ane my students use wiselife yoga mat and other equipment thank you ☺️
