•    Where required, assistive technologies and accessible digital platforms will be provided.


(b) List of posts identified suitable for persons with disabilities:
•    All job roles at WiseLife Wellness India Pvt Ltd are open to qualified candidates with disabilities, subject to the essential functions of the role.
•    A maintained and periodically updated list of roles suitable for PwDs will be made available at the HR department.


(c) Manner of selection:
•    The recruitment and selection process for candidates with disabilities will ensure fairness, accessibility, and non-discrimination.
•    Selection will be based solely on merit, skill, and role-relevant qualifications. Reasonable accommodations will be provided throughout the recruitment process to support candidates with disabilities.

8. Reporting and Resolution

Incidents of discrimination or non-compliance should be reported to the Human Resource Head at diksha.kedia@wiselife.in. Upon receiving a complaint:
•    The matter will be investigated promptly and impartially.
•    Resolutions will be made within 15 working days.
•    Complaints will be treated confidentially and handled with fairness and integrity.

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure alignment with evolving legal obligations and internal standards.
