7. Reporting and Resolution

Anyone who experiences or witnesses discrimination is encouraged to report it to the Human Resource Head, diksha.kedia@wiselife.in. Once the complaint has been filed, an investigation will be undertaken immediately by the Human Resource Head and work towards the prompt resolution and prevention of discriminatory acts and practices. The matter should be resolved within 15 working days. All complaints will be treated seriously, investigated fairly, and resolved promptly.

8. Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and updated as necessary.
