                            For Damaged Product Burn by Wiselife: - If the product was damaged during shipping or by the courier (in this case, WISELIFE), please also contact our customer service team with details and any relevant documentation.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.



                      Replacement: Upon verification of the issue and approval of the return, we will provide a replacement for damaged or incorrect items.

                      Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the returned item.

Return Shipping:

                     Replacement Return Burn by Customer: If the item is being returned due to customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

                    Wrong/Damaged Product Burn by Wiselife: If the product was damaged/wrong by Wiselife, we will coordinate the return shipping with them, and you will not incur any additional costs.

Exceptions:- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other factors. Please refer to our product descriptions or contact customer service for clarification.
